The Hunt Group have recorded another first class result by gaining Planning Permission against the Officers’ recommendation in Bramley, Surrey.
On Wednesday 13th August the Planning Committee at Waverley voted unanimously in favour of a development comprising 24 dwellings, 13 of which will be allocated as affordable. The Section 106 Agreement has yet to be finalised but this is expected to be completed in the next 3 – 4 weeks.
This follows several months of preparation and two consultations with the people of Bramley and the Parish Council.
The Site sits outside the Settlement Boundary of Bramley, is classed as Greenbelt and is designated AONB and AGLV.
We are very pleased to have succeeded considering the testing circumstances of the application.
Local housebuilder Martin Grant eventually bought the site and have started to construct the first phase.< Back to Listing
