A further opportunity has arisen through an existing client who has asked us to explore the possibility of gaining planning consent on an area which has a derelict barn.

We have designed a scheme for a terrace of three houses in the style of a barn conversion which befits the location and blends well with the countryside.

Once again, close co-operation with the Parish has been the byword and it is hoped that success will be delivered when the application goes in.
